Angry Birds 2 is a puzzle game developed by Rovio Entertainment 2015 as the twelfth game of the saga Angry Birds, and is the direct sequel to the original Angry Birds. It is free-to-play with optional purchases for the currency in the game. The gameplay has a new bird called Plata, spells instead of power-ups and gameplay levels it occurs in several stages.

It was soft launched in Canada on March 5, 2015 as Under Pigstruction Angry Birds, and was released for iOS and Android around the world July 30, 2015, and the name was changed to Angry Birds 2. ust as in the original Angry Birds, players use a slingshot to launch birds at nearby structures; a key difference in Angry Birds 2 is the ability to select the order each bird is used.

This can give the player more freedom to allow the creation of their own unique strategies.
